Jon Blunk

Senior Vice President, Leasing

A 15-year industry veteran, Mr. Blunk previously served as Trammell Crow Company’s senior vice president, director of project leasing for South Florida, where he managed the leasing team and led the marketing and sales efforts of two Boca Raton office condominium conversion projects.

At Crocker Partners, he oversees all leasing activity in the South Florida region, including the 300,000-sq.ft. CityPlace Tower in West Palm Beach and third party leasing assignments. Mr. Blunk has also served as the director of leasing for Trizec Properties, where he was responsible for leasing the company’s Chicago portfolio, including the Sears Tower. Mr. Blunk has completed more than $500 million in leasing transactions and more than $25 million in office condominium sales. He is a graduate of Illinois State University.
