Jonathan Berke, CPM
Regional Property Manager
Mr. Berke oversees property management for the company, drawing on more than 18 years of experience in corporate facilities, commercial office buildings, regional malls and shopping centers. He has a proven track record of enhancing value and is responsible for all aspects of property management including: lease administration, service contracts, tenant relations, budgeting, financial reporting and project management.
He was previously associated with America’s Capital Partners, Trammell Crow, Highwoods Properties, Plaza Associates and Simon DeBartolo Corporation. Mr. Berke has managed office portfolios of more than 1 million sq.ft., including a downtown Miami hi-rise, and a 12-building corporate campus for Florida Power & Light. He also served as assistant marketing director for a million-square-foot regional mall.
Mr. Berke holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from Florida Atlantic University, and the Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
