Yvette Turner, RPA
Regional Property Manager, Atlanta Region
Ms. Turner brings over 10 years of real estate experience and a history of institutional level property management. Her responsibilities include financial and operational management of all assets located within the Atlanta Region.
Ms. Turner was previously a Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle where she was responsible for a 1 million sq. ft., three-property portfolio in North Atlanta, consisting of Class A properties managed on behalf of UBS Realty Investors LLC and INVESCO Real Estate. Ms. Turner previously oversaw a portfolio of three TIC properties totaling 750,000 sq. ft. located throughout South Florida, and earlier served as Group Manager overseeing 750,000 sq ft. of office space located in Tampa, FL on behalf of TIAA-CREF and HSBC.
Ms. Turner is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy (WestPoint) with a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in mechanical engineering and languages. She holds real estate sales licenses in Georgia, Florida and Colorado, as well as the Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional designations. She is a current member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
