Thomas C. Brockwell

Mr. Brockwell is responsible for developing and managing all partnership business in Florida and Texas. His responsibilities include sourcing acquisition and development opportunities and supervising all asset management, property management, and leasing functions within his regions.  Prior to that, Mr. Brockwell served as an Executive Vice President of CRT Properties, Inc., in which capacity he oversaw capital markets and investments for the company.  Since 1994, Mr. Brockwell has managed the acquisition, value enhancement, and disposition of real estate with a value in excess of $4.5 billion.  Mr. Brockwell spent the previous six years as an executive with Crocker Realty Trust, Inc., and Crocker Realty Trust Inc.  Mr. Brockwell has been involved with institutional quality real estate in the United States for twenty-four years.  He began his career with Cushman & Wakefield in 1986, and then joined the real estate subsidiary of Equitable Life before taking his first position with Crocker Realty Trust, Inc. in 1994.  Mr. Brockwell holds a Bachelor degree in economics from Villanova University.
