Thomas C. Brockwell

Executive Vice President/ Partner

Mr. Brockwell oversees all aspects of investments and capital markets for the company. He previously served as Executive Vice President of CRT Properties, which he joined in June 2000, with similar responsibilities. Since 1994, Mr. Brockwell has overseen the acquisition, value enhancement and disposition of real estate with a value in excess of $4.5 billion.

Mr. Brockwell came to CRT Properties after having spent the previous six years as an executive with Crocker Realty Trust,, which owned and managed office buildings located throughout the southeastern United States on behalf of numerous institutional investors.

He has been involved with institutional quality real estate for more than 20 years. Mr. Brockwell began his career with Cushman & Wakefield in 1986 and went on to work for the real estate subsidiary of Equitable Life before taking his first position with Crocker & Company in 1994. Mr. Brockwell holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics from Villanova University.
