Todd J. Amara

Chief Financial Officer/Partner

Mr. Amara is responsible for overseeing all aspects of finance, accounting and administration. He previously served as Vice President of CRT Properties from June 2000 through the company’s sale in 2005. At CRT Properties, his duties focused on obtaining financing for the company’s acquisitions and directing the company’s corporate financial modeling, treasury functions and financial reporting. Mr. Amara previously held the position of Assistant Treasurer and Assistant Secretary of Crocker Realty Trust I and Director of Financial Reporting at Crocker Realty Trust II.

Mr. Amara began his career in public accounting at KPMG Peat Marwick in 1987 and was an Audit Manager when he left the accounting firm to join Crocker & Company in 1994. He is a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Indiana University and a Master’s of Accounting degree from Florida Atlantic University.
