Crocker Partners invests primarily in Class A and Class B office, office-service and mixed-use value-added investment opportunities throughout the southeastern United States. Our investment strategy is to seek opportunities in in-fill locations with barriers to entry, proximity to executive housing and transportation infrastructure, and live-work-play environments. We will implement a value enhancement plan that includes:
