Crocker Partners is willing to provide additional capital to a transaction at the following terms. 

  • Property Type: Office & Mixed-use
  • Markets: Atlanta, Charlotte, Nashville, Raleigh, DC Metro, Florida
  • Target Investments Size: $8MM minimum
  • Loan-to-Value: Up to 95% of CP value
  • Term: 2 to 5 years
  • Pricing: 20%; can be combination of interest and profit participation
  • Accrual: Up to 100%
  • Amortization: Interest-only
  • Fees: Negotiable
  • Recourse: Non-recourse subject to standard carve-outs
