Crocker Partners is willing to provide additional capital to a transaction at the following terms.
- Property Type: Office & Mixed-use
- Markets: Atlanta, Charlotte, Nashville, Raleigh, DC Metro, Florida
- Target Investments Size: $8MM minimum
- Loan-to-Value: Up to 95% of CP value
- Term: 2 to 5 years
- Pricing: 20%; can be combination of interest and profit participation
- Accrual: Up to 100%
- Amortization: Interest-only
- Fees: Negotiable
- Recourse: Non-recourse subject to standard carve-outs
