REO Capital Investment & Asset Management Program
This program may be useful with respect to REO assets. As a vertically-integrated real estate investment, development, and management company we are able to:
- Make an equity investment or acquire the entire fee interest in the property.
- Fund all future capital needs the asset may require, such as tenant improvements, leasing commissions and other operating expenses.
- Provide asset management, property management, and leasing services to the properties, irrespective of whether or not an investment is made.
- Take over stalled development projects and ensure their completion, including investment of 100% of any equity required to complete the project.
