Crocker Partners provides a wide range of financing options designed to meet a borrowers specific capital needs, whether for acquisitions, refinancings, or ground-up developments. We are able to creatively structure transactions to provide capital throughout the equity and debt structure, while maintaining unparalleled flexibility for our borrowers (such as providing for a total or partial accrual of interest).
Specifically, Crocker Partners will provide the following types of capital:
- Mezzanine Loans (up to 95% of fair market value)
- First Mortgage Loans (provided we are also the mezzanine lender - this option provides all required financing from the first dollar through 95% of fair market value)
- Preferred Equity Investments
Our goal is to invest in properties and developments located within our target markets.
