Qualifications

While a finance degree is not a prerequisite, candidates should have a strong understanding of finance and related concepts.

Job Description

Financial Analysts within the Acquisitions, Dispositions & Finance department will be exposed to a variety of real estate transactions, including: analyzing speculative developments, asset acquisitions and dispositions, as well as evaluating the financial impact of various asset management and corporate level decisions. Analysts will develop an in-depth understanding of real estate investing at the institutional level by working with senior executives.

  • Hours: Flexible (8-10 hrs/wk)

Job Description

Interns will work closely with the Florida Acquisitions Team to help evaluate potential investment opportunities in the State of Florida. The main responsibilities will be to gather and analyze market information and to update internal reports. Additional responsibilities will include tracking sale and leasing transactions and touring office buildings. Through this internship, individuals will gain valuable experience and develop a thorough understanding of the commercial real estate industry.
