Crocker Partners' executive team has developed millions of square feet of Class A, suburban office and mixed-use projects, with quality and innovation as their hallmark. Setting new standards in their submarkets, these range from Mizner Park in Boca Raton, the award-winning, groundbreaking mixed-use development, to the recently announced Atlantic Center in Fort Lauderdale, the 400,000 sf, hurricane-resistant, Class A office tower.
In 2006, Crocker Partners adopted a corporate policy mandating that all new development projects will meet the U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) benchmark for the design, construction, and operation of high performance green buildings.
Two NorthPlace

Two North Place:
Plans call for Class A office space, complemented by 10,000 sf of retail space, several restaurants, a fitness center and covered parking. Located at the NorthPlace development within the Central Perimeter submarket, the new project will occupy a 2.2-acre site acquired by Crocker Partners. NorthPlace is proving its appeal with a corporate headquarters for Omni National Bank underway and Promenade at NorthPlace, a development of brownstone-style condominiums, is in its final phase.

Atlantic Center:
This iconic tower at the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale is the market's first hurricane resistant building. It combines top of the market office space with a lifestyle retail and restaurant component, making it a downtown destination.
The building is designed to incorporate a host of design features, executive amenities and state of the art construction components including:

In downtown West Palm Beach, Crocker Partners is reshaping the City's gateway with the market's first Class A, downtown office tower in 15 years. The 300,000-square-foot, 18-story tower anchors the south end of CityPlace, the 72-acre mixed-use new downtown, one of the nation's most successful new urban developments. A joint venture with Related Companies, the City's premier office tower features hurricane-resistant design and construction and amenities. Completion is scheduled for 2007.

As one of the nation's first true mixed-use new urbanism projects,
Mizner Park in downtown Boca Raton is a "village within the city".
The project is a unique public-private venture encompassing a city block with
commercial, cultural and residential elements. Plaza Real, a city park, runs
through the center of the project. Mizner Park became a catalyst for revitalization
of the city's downtown and remains the heart of world-renowned Boca
Raton. Commercial components consist of 45 shops, nine restaurants, a cinema,
professional office space above retail, a free-standing office tower and 272
residences including apartments and townhomes. Cultural components include
Centre for the Arts at Mizner Park, the 44,000-square-foot Boca Raton Museum
of Art, and 5,000-seat Count de Hoernle Amphitheater hosting national talent
and local events. Awards and recognition include: Mall Monitor's Best New
Open Center, Best Mixed-Use Award - NAIOP South Florida, Showcased in
Guidebook to New Urbanism (Congress for the New Urbanism), and featured

As a key component of Mizner Park's vibrant around the clock lifestyle,
the Office Tower set a new standard for downtown corporate quarters.
Seven years following its completion, this property continues to command the
highest office rents in the entire Boca Raton submarket of almost 11 million
square feet.

With twin six-story Class A office buildings and the 12-story, 256-room
Marriott Hotel, this retail, office and hotel project introduced mixeduse
development to suburban Boca Raton, providing a lifestyle center alternative
to the nearby Town Center regional mall. Awards and industry recognition
include ICSC, Urban Land Institute Award of Excellence urban mixed-use and
Best Mixed-Use Project NAIOP South Florida. This asset remains a ULI referenced
project as an example of a successful mixed-use development.
Tyco Building Boca Raton, FL

Built as a speculative corporate tower, this building was the magnet for
W.R. Grace & Co.'s corporate headquarters relocation from New York
City and more recently served as headquarters for Tyco International.
Office Depot Delray Beach, FL
- Developed: Renovated and repositioned 1991
- Description: 356,000 square feet
As corporate headquarters for Office Depot since 1991, this building
within the Arbors Office Park provided the setting for the company's
fast-growing operations. It was originally occupied by IBM and acquired by
Crocker in 1991.

The Plaza Boca Raton, FL
