The 300,000-square-foot, 18-story tower anchors the south end of CityPlace, the 72-acre mixed-use new downtown, one of the nation's most successful new urban developments. A joint venture with Related Companies, the City's premier office tower features hurricane-resistant design and construction and amenities. Completion is scheduled for 2007.
