Crocker & Company 1986 – 1995

Privately held Crocker & Company, one of South Florida’s premier real estate development companies, was active throughout the market from 1986 to 1995. During that time, Crocker & Company developed more than 2 million sq. ft. of space and led the market in innovation and quality. Projects included the first Class A office towers and true mixed-use projects in the Boca Raton market, including Mizner Park, a national model for new urban development in a suburban downtown.
