Crocker Partners LLC, formed in 2005, is a vertically integrated real estate investment, management and development firm. In 2007, we raised Crocker Partners IV, a fully discretionary, self-managed real estate fund, to acquire value-added investments in office, office-service, and mixed-use real estate assets in the southeastern United States. The Partners view this region as a compelling investment opportunity, with pricing attractive relative to replacement costs.
The Partners have been significant investors in the region, creating value for investors throughout multiple real estate cycles. Collectively, we have acquired, owned and operated approximately 28 million sq. ft. of office and mixed-use properties, 24 million sq. ft. of which has been in the southeastern United States. This experience, and the insight it affords, allows us to remain at the forefront of emerging market trends.
