CRT II 1996 – 2003

In 1996, the Partners teamed up with an institutional investor to form Crocker Realty Trust II (CRT II) with an initial capitalization of $41 million. CRT II received an additional $50 million investment through a private placement in December 1997. From its inception through to 1999, CRT II acquired $450 million of properties encompassing 6.2 million sq. ft. in 35 transactions in the southeastern United States. Starting in 2000, the Partners sold 1.9 million of assets through 11 transactions. In 2003, an institutional investor acquired CRT II.
